Our family-owned-and-operated B&B is quite modern! Every room features free Wi-Fi and a TV. Every apartment features a small kitchen, dining area and washing machine. For breakfast our guests will enjoy fresh blueberries, blueberry jam and nectar, and apple juice (all home grown and home made!) as well as your typical Italian breakfast staple items such as teas, coffees, and pastries.

Tomaselli's grocery store and playground are only 2 minutes away by foot, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to downtown Strigno via the ancient Roman path "via Claudia Augusta". The swimming pool is only 15 minutes away, via a paved trail through the forest.

Our B&B is only a 20-minute drive away from a plethora of outdoor activities.

For the sustainability aficionados like us, here's some info about the energy efficiency of the building: the B&B was completely remodeled in 2011 using a balanced approach of old wisdom and new building techniques. The original stone walls are
50 cm/19 in thick and feature a new exterior insulation and finishing system, which helps maintain a constant indoor temperature during winter and summer months. All rooms are heated via an under-floor heating system, while the water is heated by solar panels and a pellet furnace. Electricity is produced by four different photo-voltaic systems which deliver a total of 45 kW peak power.
